This video introduces viewers to helpful tips for how to get up on a wakeboard. The presenter in the video starts by explaining that he will be sharing three easy tips for how to get up. After this brief introduction, he shows the three tips in two different ways: first he shares the tips will standing on solid surface and discussing the tips with video clips to help. Next, he shares the tips again but this time he is in the water and talking while also demonstrating what he is saying.

What I feel worked really well in this video was that he explained the tips in two different settings. First, he explained in words with short clips to help and then later actually demonstrated the skill as he was explaining. I think this worked well for this particular video since there is going to be a lot of noise when he is actually in the water. By explaining it on land first and with video clips, it was more clear and then later in the water, even when it was difficult to hear the tips had already been explained so it didn't take away as much from the instruction.

I think the other thing that worked really well was the timing. The presenter really took his time to reiterate key points and share information clearly. It didn't feel rushed at all. Even when he was demonstrating in the water, he took his time and showed the demonstration more than once.

Personally, I do not think there is a lot to improve on in this video. I felt that it was very straightforward, clear, and easy to understand. As a minor improvement, I think it would have been slightly improved if the audio quality was better during the section that he was in the water. There are waterproof microphones available that could have been used to improve this section. However, I do not feel this is totally necessary since it was explained first on solid ground.

If I were to make a video like this, I don't think I would do much differently. The fact that there were visuals and demonstrations included with the instruction was great and would be really beneficial when explaining this to people. He didn't adjust the timing at all and I would have kept that the same. Overall, I think this is a really well done video for something that is difficult to do and even as a beyond novice wakeboarder, I still picked up some new tricks that I will try the next time I'm on the water.
