We first heard about the engagement when Wonshik hyung approached us for help. I remember thinking at that very second “Of course, it’s time, isn’t it?” My heart was filled with a lot of love, a lot of hope and an overwhelming among of happiness for you both. I have said if once and I’ll continue saying it… relationship goals. Your affection for each other is a thing of beauty, and even one to be jealous of. Our Yejin noona, a beautiful soul. So kind, and caring. Doting, and patient. You are a very important person to us, and we want the best for you, only the best. And best, both Jinyoung and I agree, is Wonshik hyung. It’s our privilege to have seen your relationship bloom, and know that we’ll be rooting for you two forever.

Noona — I can't tell you how excited we were to be receiving of this news, to come during a time where there is so much uncertainty in the world, so much unhappiness, having the privilege of seeing a relationship flourish as yours has, becomes the glimmer of hope for us all. The love that you two have found in each other comes but once in a lifetime, if at all for those who are lucky enough to receive. It is with the warmest of hearts that we deliver this greeting, and, to Wonshik hyung, give our thanks for allowing us both to be part of your journey with you. A pair, that fits each other so perfectly, that I’d put my hands in the fire for you. You both are the kindest and probably most welcoming and kind-hearted people; I have ever encountered. Not only do I wish you a wonderful path in your future, but I also want you to create the most beautiful memories in your life. A memory, where I’d like to be part of as the godmother of your future children. And maybe – who knows? – I’d even become the maid of honor of the bride herself? Not, I’m totally not hinting at wanting to become the co-star of your future wedding, heh.

But honestly, I know that the future will be rocky, and sometimes you will encounter difficulties and obstacles, but I am certain that you are strong enough to walk through all those problems.
