 For my Final Product, I want to recreate more logos (I'll focus mainly on small businesses) using Photoshop. I will then create a survey where I have the original logo and my logo that I recreated and see which logo makes people want to go into that restaurant or cafe more. 
Through this, I hope to find out if my logo recreations boosted customer outreach and created more traction for the business. I want to see if small businesses should invest in hiring graphic design artists to rebrand for them every few years.

For my original work, I created a bakery + cafe menu, but I don't plan on using this for my final product. I might consider using one of the dessert recipes for my dessert course, but I'm not quite sure yet.

To provide background, studies suggest that engaging in more mentally-stimulating activities/exercises throughout one’s life is thought to help the brain build reserves of healthy brain cells and connections. Maintaining brain plasticity can also help compensate for the damage caused by Alzheimer's or other neurological diseases.

Consequently, I want to include activities for individuals who not only have dementia risk but are also presently diagnosed with dementia for my Final Product. I have also decided to include 10 - 15 different cognitive activities (crossword puzzles, coloring pages, simple calculations, stories, etc.) focused on exercising an individual's mental and cognitive function. I want it to be a fairly large activity book (I think I'll add chapters/units and repeat exercises), something that patients may use for a longer period of time.
