Hello parents! I will be your students resource teacher for the 2023-24 school year. The purpose of my room is to provide a safe place for students, should they need a little extra help, or just a quiet place to work while also monitoring their academic progress. My job is to provide one on one support, help prepare for tests, and support organizational skills. I encourage you to contact me with any concerns about your student and I will do my best to collaborate with you to come up with a solution. I feel strongly about creating a safe environment within my classroom. I want your student to know that when in my room, I will do my best to ensure all students are treated equally.

Classroom Rules

1.) Come to class prepared! Have all materials in hand and ready to learn.

2.) Phones are to be put in “phone jail” upon walking into the classroom

3.) Be respectful of others!

Google current events. Can you find an event that shows poor social emotional behavior? How would this outcome differ if emotions were handled properly? Write a paragraph, along with your chosen current event, and your explanation. Make sure to check for spelling errors and grammatical mistakes! Use spellcheck, if needed.
