Ohio persecutes these violations under the Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of either Alcohol or Drug (OVI) law. OVI laws are more comprehensive than the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) found in other states. For example, OVI includes more modes of transportation, such as electric bicycles and trams.</div>]]></description>
