         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Here I´m going to put some tips to improve our&nbsp; life and stop doing unhealthy actions in our daily life , to have a healthy lifestyle. </strong><br><br>-First, don´t overeat. Leaving a little bit of food on your plate may be a good idea,&nbsp;<br>it´s not healthy for our body to eat too much.<br>-It´s also important to do soprt, and to get busy. Maybe running 30 minutes or doing other type of sports can help you to feel better with yourself and to feel healthier.<br>-Another thing that we should try to avoid is to  spend too much time in front the TV,&nbsp; you should turn it off and do other activities.<br>&nbsp;-Drink alcohol in moderation,&nbsp; daily drinking  may cause you detrimental effects ranging from weight gain to relationship problems.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;- Eat fruits and vegetables, it´s very important to eat fruits and vegetables to have a healthy lifestyle.&nbsp; To have a healthy lifestyle we should be thoughtful about what we eat.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;The best way to stay healthy or to start being healthy is eating healthy food. Some people think that  healthy food is boring and you cannot enjoy eating, but now I'm going to explain the advantages of eating aliments rich in vitamins and nutrients and give you a recipe that you'll  surely like to taste and with which you can start your healthy life.<br>&nbsp;The advantages of eating healthy food are that you will feel better with yourself and you'll be fit. Besides, if you combine a good diet with some sport activities you're going to have great results.<br>Try this healthy recipe!.          <title>Why do we have to sleep at least eight hours?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's scientifically recommended to sleep at least eight hours each day because if you do not rest well, your body tries to&nbsp; compensate it by eating more, usually junk food. Also, if you don't get&nbsp; enough rest you'll be more tired to study or work and you can have a higher risk to suffer from diseases or obesity.&nbsp;<br>The benefits of sleeping&nbsp; eight hours or more are&nbsp; that so varied: it improves your motor skills, it can also prevent you from having some diseases, you'll have a better memory, it keeps your immune system strong, you'll have less pain if recently you had done an injury and you'll be in a better mood. Even obesity and early death an be avoided.&nbsp;<br>To sump up, sleeping eight hours is good for our health.          <title>From my point of view...</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To keep healthy, we should eat food that contains all the nutrients and vitamins that we need to be active and fit, like fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cereals... But the important thing is try to reduce the amount of industrial sugar found in the aliments we intake.&nbsp;<br>And if we have the possibility, the best way to keep ourselves healthy is to do 1 or 2 hours of exercise everyday. You don´t need to be in a club, you can just go running or walking with friends. Remember, it doesn't matter as long as you move your body. For me, the best way to do it is surfing because I love the sea and the people I go with are really kind, so just try with something you really like and you´ll find easy to be fit!!&nbsp;<br><br>Paula Padrón, 1ºA</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Healthy food and exercise is really important&nbsp; if you want to feel good. First, what&nbsp; you could do is&nbsp; not to buy processed food like tinned food,&nbsp; cold meat, sausages, or food which contains a lot of sugar such as refreshments, cookies... and to eat fruits and vegetables at least three times a day. In addition, including eggs, fish, and meat, but only a few days a week.<br>When you have a healthy life you are happier, more active, and this is not obtained only with  food, also with the exercise. &nbsp;So, do some exercise everyday!</div>]]></description>

         <title>How is a healthy lifestyle like?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In order to keep our body and mind working correctly, I would recommend to look for the perfect balance between the food we eat, the sport we do and the hours we sleep. We often forget about the importance of being healthy, but having this kind of lifestyle is not as complicated as we can sometimes imagine. We just need to follow a balanced diet. with a long variety of aliments and nutrients: fruits and vegetables as vitamins and minerals; meat, fish, chicken, etc as proteins, bread, pasta, potatoes, milk...Maybe you just need to change some elements: for example, instead of eating&nbsp; toasts with Nutella, you can have whole wheat bread with avocado with a little bit of salt or even oil, easy, tasty and healthy.&nbsp; Apart from this, doing one hour and a half of any physical activity, like team sports, or just walking, swimming, running ... will help you to feel better, to be more focused and fitter. Finally, we mustn't leave out the necessary hours that we should sleep a day.&nbsp;<br>Think about it and find a friend who is motivated as well.          <description><![CDATA[<div>If you want to have a healthier life, follow my advice:<br>-Food is very important, it must be varied and balanced, and you must avoid manufactured products.<br>-You have to avoid the consumption of tobacco and other drugs.<br>- Do exercise regularly. Find a sport that fits with your age and fitness.<br>-Live in a healthy environment, surrounded by pure air, if it is possible. If it is not, you can always escape  pollution from the city by going to the countryside at weekends.<br>-Have a positive attitude to life, enjoy it and try to avoid constant stress. A big smile can be the remedy.<br>-Sleep enough. Not sleeping increases the risk of hypertension, heart disease and even diabetes. Our body needs to rest and recharge its energies to have good health.<br>-Stay hydrated, drink fluids with meals and whenever you feel thirsty.          <description><![CDATA[<div>If you find it difficult to eat fruit or vegetables, my healthy tip is start your day having some juice. There are different combinations, just try. My suggestion is <br><strong>&nbsp;Beetroot Kiwi carrot apple and lemon</strong><br>1//4 beetroot, large (you can add more, this is only a personal preference) with its leaves, if possible<br>some parsley&nbsp;<br>1/2 apple/carrot<br>1 kiwi fruit<br>the juice of half a lemon<br>You only need a blender!! <br>Taking this with some dried fruit will boost your energy level during the whole morning!</div>]]></description>
