This bridge is 561 meters long, that’s half a kilometer long!! It is also 9.5 meters wide. This bridge was started in 1357 under the order of King Charles IV and finished in 1402 back then it was the only way to dry cross the Vltava(river that separates the 2 landforms) and it was an important trade route between Eastern Europe and Western.
