For example some of the skills i gained from my volunteering experience was more patience as I was dealing with a wide range of different behaviours and medical conditions making it harder and meaning I needed to be more consistent and patient as I was dealing with different type of people I needed to use my patience widely across this as say if for example one of the patients I was dealing with suffered from anger issues this entailed me to be more patient and calm with this specific patient to help them remain calm. I also gained the skills as to adapt quickly and efficiently as I had to deal and adapt to the situation like in my experience dealing with people.
