         <title>SHRIMP PREMEVERA</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Prep Time 30 min.<br>Cook Time 15 min.<br>INGREDIENTS<br>2 cans (13.8oz ea.) refrigerated dough<br>3 Tbsp. olive oil<br>1 jar (1lb.8oz.) Bertolli Riserva Porcini Mushrooms with White Truffle Oil Sauce or any other sauces<br>3 cups shredded mozarella cheese or favorite italian cheese<br>6 Tbsp chopped assoeted fresh hers, such as basil, chives, parsley<br>DIRECTIONS<br>1. Preheat oven 400degrees Spray 2 large cookie sheets or rimmed baking pan with no stick spray.<br>2. On each cookie sheet, roll out one can of dough into a 12x16 in rectangle. Cut rectangles into thirds. Brush each section with olive oil. Bake 8 min.<br>3. Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup Bertolli Riserva {orcini Mushrooms with White Truffle Oil Sauce, 1/2 cup of cheese and any additional toppings. Bake 8 min. until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle each flatbread with 1 Tbsp. fresh herbs before serving.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 cup unsalted butter<br>1 cup white sugar<br>1 cup crunchy peanut butter<br>1 cup packed brown sugar<br>2 eggs<br>2 1/2 cups all purpose flour<br>1 teaspoon baking powder<br>1/2 teaspoon salt<br>1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda<br>Directions<br>Preheat oven to 350 degrees<br>Line baking sheets with parchment paper<br>Combine peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake.</div>]]></description>
