Out of the Ten Ethical Computing Guidelines, I think students most often violate would be Commandment 4. I think this is because Commandment 4 states that "Thou shalt not use a computer to steal", which implies plagiarism and cheating and I think that students do that often sometimes on purpose or not when they need to look things up for classes.

I think that these violations occur because many students don't know about the Ten Commandments of Ethical Computing. Within this assignment, this is my first time hearing about it and I am sure many students are unaware of these Commandments or are negligent to it.

What I think that could be done to reduce or eliminate such unethical behavior is to implement these Commandments into our course to make sure that we are following these guidelines that are in place. It only makes sense to follow them and to ensure this, we could all respect them to make it fair for everyone and to respect others as well.
