Which we check to current connection of the device using Solarwind. We then upload the new OS and patch files to the device. Then, when maintenance hours reach, we execute a few command to upgrade the OS.


At this time the device will reboot. We apply the patch after the device reboot and record the log as proof. Lastly the Solarwind test is check again to ensure to down link after firnware upgrade.
