Also team members must also be risk takers in terms of communicating plus taking actions as all members must trust each other and not hate each other due to disagreement in decision. Allowing open minded communication is also important so that each member have the right to voice out their opinions in any problem faced or decision making. Besides that, all members must have a strong sense of belonging to their team which can be achieved by having good inter-communication among group members throughout the project time line. Each member must also be recognized as unique and irreplaceable member as it is important to fully utilize the unique experiences or knowledge own by each member. Negativity quotation should be strongly avoided as such actions will demotivate the members who are facing problems or issues in performing their assigned tasks which may lead to failure in the final outcome of the project. Then, the members must be able to self-examine so that improvement in tasks performing and as well as social interaction within the team can be carried out. The team member should also be fair and square where personal conflicts or issue within each member should not be conflicted with any of the tasks assigned but instead all members should work towards a mutual solution for the problem faced. The team leader should practice participative leadership where the leader should be moving along and guiding his/her team members instead of just providing instructions only. Lastly, transparency should be practiced in decision making in order to have support and commitment of the group for the decision made where all the members should make decision together.
