Although travel etc. is limited please have a wonderful Golden Week relaxing and doing things you like to do. Please keep safe. Please submit by April 30th, 2020 to the padlet, drop box or hopefully both locations if possible.

1, Find one object in your room or house and do two drawings of it.

2. The first has the rough outline with good observation of its geometric exact shape.

3. The second drawing of the same object should have more shading, highlighting , showing the value of light to dark on the same location of the object. Try to get as much detail that you see as possible. It's fine to use colored pencils too.

4. By the end of the class you should hold up your drawings when asked, to share it with the class  . 
 
 5. Submit it to the Dropbox in managebac and to the padlet.

6. Or try to do an observational drawing of the flower below or one or two you have chosen and make a card for your mother for Mother’s Day. Please submit the drawing part of your card to the padlet and Managebac please.

 Unit 1 - Still Life - Observations of Realism and Interpretations

Details

As a summative task, create or build an image through an observational drawing or object that best represents your emotions and feelings during the 'stay at home' time.

Be as creative and expressive as you would like to. You can use any art forms and styles that you have studied before such as photography, still life and observational drawings ,etc.

You can use any art medium you would like to pastel, watercolor, charcoal, ink, markers, etc.

Please be sure to submit it to the drop box and padlet.
