Ensuring that pastoral care programs are effective and have sufficient buy in.

OAC levels of schooling (meeting with yr 10-12) with all 10-12 teachers. WB teams set agenda and use a de identified student example of a WB issue. Staff brainstorm their 1 strategies for in lesson and out of lesson support. All teachers but particularly the care group teachers then use these and implement the strategies they chose to try. WB leaders touch base with teachers to check in on how strategy went. (3 weekly cycle).

Workshop groups for Curriculum Leaders who take the 11 and 12 HG for 3 KSCPC sessions to tackle the most important issues from the curriculum which are not being addressed in other areas of the curriculum.

Limited time with whole staff / levels of schooling. Hard on mass to meet and set the tone. It gets filtered and taken to year level meetings. Not targeting the teachers who have the students of concerns.
