How should they be documented in the IEP, i.e should they all state 45 minutes (as we can always give more not less) or use segment dates. Please advise us on how complete 8th grade year round IEP's as soon as possible. Eighth grade IEP's start early October. Thanks!

Additionally, we are requesting to use the word "Elective" instead of naming a specific course, i.e Art, Chorus. This in return will allow for less amendments in the Fall as schedules do not always match and it will also be consistent with the high school IEP's as we move towards year round. Please advise as soon as possible.
