My Dogs

I have two dogs, Cinnamon (the one on the bottom) is a long haired dachshund and Brandy (the one on top) is an Australian shepherd, who is also my sister's dog. I love them both very much. Brandy likes to bring you shoes when you come home and it's absolutely adorable. In the morning when both my parents have left for work Cinnamon likes to come in my room and cuddle.

Track

I have such an amazing track team, everyone there is lovely and so sweet. I have had the best first high school track season ever and this has been the best team I've ever had in any sport. I've made so many friends and really enjoyed doing track and even decided to do crosscountry next school year. We've had so many wins and prs this season, I am so proud of my team.

Middle School Besties

I was so happy when I found out I had the same lunch period as Brooke and Lily, I had been worried I wasn't going to have any classes with them. I am really glad I became friends with them in middle school, they have been really nice and trusting. I love joking around with them during lunch and I love the silly things Lily says.

My Sister

I love my sister so much, I admire her so much. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing and wonderful sister. Even though we didn't get along when we were younger, I'm glad we do now. Every moment I share with her, whether it's just saying "Hi' or asking if she wants something to eat, I love these small moments and will cherish them forever.

From my sisters teacher to my teacher

My sister had Mr. Borowicz for earth science junior or senior year of high school, and now I have him for excel freshmen year. I have loved getting to know him and having silly banter, and it makes it cooler knowing he had my sister as one of his students. I hope come junior or senior year I can have Mr. Borowicz as my earth science teacher just like my sister did.

My Beautiful Bestie

I became friends with Jasmine during our swimming unit in P.E., I had also become friends with a lot of the girls during that time too and I'm really grateful for those girls. I have loved sharing similar music tastes and many other similarities. Jasmine has such a cool style and is really fun to be around. I love walking with her to her locker after school is out.

My Family

I love my family even if we don't always get along. We have had many fun vacations around many places. I love when my dad drives us down to North Carolina to visit my grandma and aunt.

My Spanish Teacher

Mrs. Stansbury is a great Spanish teacher and I love that we were her first freshmen class here at Hinsdale South. I thought it was so nice of her to ask me if it was okay that her had bought the same sweater as me, what was even better was we had matched on Valentines day. She has been very nice and understanding, I love when we have small meaningful talks and when she asks me about track, sharing that she had also done track too.

I love when my track meet finishes and the sky looks really pretty. Or when I'm driving home from something and the sky looks perfect and so picture worthy.

Recently I've found more of my style and I feel that I really look good. I've gained a lot of confidence from it and I feel good about myself.
