Abolishing ideas when lots of effort has  been put into them, i.e. iStudy , target setting, students  loose faith.
2. Lack of equipment in the practical areas, broken equipment that is not being replaced or mended.
2. No portfolio session so tutorials had to be used for this,  not enough time to  write up or  for tutors to mark.

2. Consistency of Tutors needs to be addressed
2. Classroom management issues need to be dealt with by tutors, not forwarded to personal tutors.
