Freedom of religion -

As citizens of a nation, we believe that it is of a certain nature to exercise the right to practice a faith of our choice. In this, it must be so that the choice of faith, or lack thereof, should not be dictated by the State. It is the State’s responsibility to allow this to be carried out in a tolerant and accepting manner.

The right to a fair trial -

Everyone must have a right to participate in legal proceedings which promotes fairness and justice. Protection from the governing body must a fundamental right that the populous must receive in order to assert trust in the judicial system of the country.

1. Freedom of speech
Being able to speak in whichever language one prefers should be able to feel proud of their native language. Being able to voice out ones opinions should also be a fundamental right and people should be given a space in which they can do so without fear or judgement.

People should be able to present themselves however they prefer to do so without being fearful of the backlash they could possibly face from society. They should also be able to be who they are without being in constant fear of how people will react to their true selves and personalities.
