         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Boston Massacre was a fight between Bostonians and British soldiers because the Bostonians resented the soldiers for the taxes Britain put on them. The Bostonians aggravated the soldiers which caused them to open fire in the crowd, killing 5 people total.</p><p><br/></p><p>The massacre and trial that followed contributed to further conflict because John Adams, a lawyer and patriot, believed the soldiers needed a fair trial, 6 of the soldiers were deemed innocent while 2 others were charged for manslaughter. This further angered Bostonians. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Samuel Adams had a second cousin which was John Adams, who was the Second president of the United States through 1797 to 1801. But before that he when against the British and which started protests the the 1760s. Later on in 1765-1774 he served in Massachusetts legislature he helped organize the, "committee of correspondence" which was an anti British act. In 1776 he was the first to call independence for American colonies for both continental colonies then years later was the person who signed the Declaration of Independence in 1797.</p>]]></description>
