Most inclusion workshops and training focus on the problems, but the most difficult part is the concrete tools. Combined with targeting people who don't regard themselves as writers or poets yet but who do sense an urgency to tell a story you can detect more people from different layers in our society. And once these people professionalize and grow and maybe even get to the point of publishing, you get more diverse stories that reach more people.
