         <title>Charles Babbage &amp; the &quot; First Computer&quot; (1830)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Babbage designed what is generally known as the first computer, called the Analytical Engine. This machine also used punch cards to do calculations. Unfortunately, Babbage never actually finished making this machine, but future computers were built off of his original idea.</p>]]></description>
