Sa likod kasi ng matayog at matibay na haligi na gaya ng chief minister ay ang nag iisang ILAW na nagbigay liwanag sa noon ay madilim na landas nilang tinatahak.

The extinction of Lake Lanao, one of the fifteen ancient lakes in the world and the second largest lake in the Philippines, is possible if deforestation of the mountains in Lanao del Sur continues. The story  presents the interconnections of agriculture, livelihood, education, and active citizenry to save the environment and the culture of the Meranaws.

For 20 years, Sinumaan village which is on the jungle boundary of Talipao and Patikul, has been a hotbed of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) and the village equates to the enemy, creating a battleground between government troops and Abu Sayyaf. As the usual site of combat engagements, residents of the Sinumaan Complex have experienced successive displacements. This displacement creates a ripple effect; with residents displaced from their homes and livelihood, socio-economic activities come to a halt, thereby increasing the locals' vulnerability to being recruited by threat groups in exchange for food, money, or other subsistence.

Rado Wahing was a former member of senior leader Radullan Sahiron's group, one of the most wanted terrorists of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or FBI in America. He has only two requests before returning to the government: a fence for their vegetable garden and an opportunity for his kids to study.

Due to Rado's request, the first peace formation and learning center in Sulu was constructed. Education plays a pivotal role to attain peace in Sulu.

His principle is he acts more than he speaks. He initiates Islamic activities for schools, communities, and individuals’ development.

Told in four chapters, Bullets and Blank Papers is a 20-page zine that collects long-form stories of survival, hope, and visibility from six MILF camps located in Maguindanao, North Cotabato, Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte.

They know that a piece of paper is no match to a bullet. It cannot wipe clean the blood of the dead, but they know that they need this piece of paper to change their lives. In that, they will have done enough and kill no one in the process.
