        The world keeps evolving everyday and as the word evolves , the crime rate increases steadily as well . The number of crimes committed by  young offenders these days are quite high compared to the past years . Although they committed some serious crimes , I personally think that  they should be sent to an army camp instead of  prison
      
          Sending young offenders to prison before giving them a chance  is a bad decision  , because these young offenders still have time to realize their mistakes and change themselves . Sending them to prison would only make them feel as if they don't have a second chance at life , and they would continue their bad habits and repeat their same mistakes .

         On top of that , instead of locking them up in prison , these young offenders should be sent to an army camp to discipline themselves . Being in prison would only make things bad as they would be surrounded by other offenders who might provocate the young offenders to stay on their bad track . Meanwhile in an army camp , they would be forced to follow strict routine and they wouldn't be allowed to rebel . Also being placed in an army camp would teach them some basic life skills as they would have to be independent . 
           
              Next , these young offenders should be taught life skills so they would be able to survive the outside world . Although they could learn some of it in prison but it wouldn't be very effective as they would have the label ex-felon recorded in they're legal forms . By going to an army camp they would also be able to learn multiple life skills and still maintain a clean record which would allow them to still get a job . 

In conclusion . I strongly believe that these young offenders should be sent to an army camp instead of prison . At prison, young offenders don't have a chance to repentant. They will wasting many years at prison depends on the crime they commit. This is unfair as they might get no chance to live as a normal person when they leave the prison because they might be jobless as nobody want to take a prisoner as their worker. 

    Instead, young offenders should be taught to learn life skills such as computer skills,technical skill, cooking skill and sewing skill .They can learn these skills and be awarded certificates so that they can find jobs once they leave the camp. This is one of the benefit that young offenders will get and use after leaving the camp. They will leave the camp as a person who is very talented in certain skills as they have been trained at the camp almost every day. 
 
     Moreover, they can learn from the mistakes they have made. I'm sure that by joining army camp, young offenders will be more discipline as they have to obey every rules in the camp. There are many programme that army camp will provide to make young offenders realize the mistake they have made and take that as a lesson to be a better person in future 

        To sum up, the skills and discipline learnt at the camp can shape young offenders to become responsible citizens in the future. I honestly agreed that some of the bad people will turn into a very nice person better than anyone else once they repent. Army camp will be the best place for young offenders rather than prison.

As an effect, they will be charged and undoubtedly send to the prison. In my humble opinion, I think that young offenders should be sent to an army camp instead of put them behind bars. It is true without saying that, army camp is a stringent place compare to the prison as the army camp is setting a lot of rules that can enhance their self discipline.
     
     First and foremost, sending young offenders to the army camp definitely is the best decision for them as being punished for crime. When the offenders still young, they still have some ability to discern their mistaken and turn over a new leaf.

     Apart from that, the army camp will also educate the young offenders according the life skills such as computer skills, baking skills, cooking skills, so on and so forth.
