         <description><![CDATA[<p>Research shows that I should avoid staying up late studying for tests because then you'll do poorly on the day of your test because your going to be sleep deprived. Then all of the studying will be for nothing. Instead you could start doing homework and studying earlier, not during your sleeping time.</p>]]></description>

They can also generate frustration and aggravation right before bed which will keep you up. Instead you could leave your phone in different room, put it on do not disturb, or have time limits set on your phone.</p>]]></description>
