During 2020's pandemic a lot has changed through out our social lives that have led a lot of people to secluding themselves away from other for safety from any illness. It has been a hard transition to overcome and come back to a sense of normalcy.

Having to build a community in which we would strive to create better living conditions, and social conditions for the children the are currently in school, and for the future generations to come. There should be a sense of community that is established to help find that sense of healthy community again so that we can continue to build incredible things together. As far as building a multiculturally open community for all students to come together from different walks of life to create different forms of art, and to learn from each other as much as possible.

This Creative Collaboration Plan will target middle school children from 6th-8th grade. Most times students feel incompetent because they are not able to excel as quickly as their peers. When I experienced such things in my pre-teen years such as after school I realized that I got a lot of help from the people who enjoyed the same things as me. In order to have fun with the extra-curricular activities we had to make sure that we were helping each other complete our school work. Where someone else was stronger is where they stepped into to help each other.

The Creative Collaborators Club for Multi-Cultural Students will provide opportunities for extra tutoring by the older aged students after school. The students providing tutoring will gain volunteer credits to go towards their high school, or even college careers. Other than tutoring the kids will be provided other opportunities to paint, work of creative displays for school art walls. Creative dance ensembles, picking from different cultural movements to help keep and healthy amount of activity, and to also learn about different cultures the dance and movement. They will also have the opportunity to plant ! I only realized how therapeutic planting was at later age, and I feel as though it would have definitely benefited my mental health at a young age. So, monthly planting sessions can also be established.

It will be a open and creative space that will be open to all students at no cost. We will start fundraising projects and donation opportunities to help contribute more to the students creative endeavors. It will be documented and shared by the students themselves as well.

The Program Goal (SMART)

S-
The ultimate goal for the students who do join the program will be to help them gain a sense of social mobility, and to learn to power of community. To help them to understand the importance of taking care of both the things, and the people of their communities. Not just within their specific cultures, or ethnic backgrounds, but for all different cultures, and ethnic identities.

M-
As stated in the previous article about statistics that will be recorded during therapeutic art advances, or collaborations. Surveys will be taken at the end of each month which will measure the students academic status, contributions to a plant(s), if the like the environment the are within, and how we can improve those things to make it even better for them to thrive in. My goal is to improve grades from a 40% margin to 90% success rate for all Creative Collab Students.

A-
Students will complete small assignments to identify different organizations that either deal with underprivileged students, community clean up, car washes, and canned food drives. The assignment will be for them to brainstorm different places to look, and will also be due at the end of every other month. They will not be able to continue with art, or other creative aspects of the program until this is accomplished. (Parents can assist as well).

R-
This world already has enough things that are not good for it. It is our duty as people to make sure that we are doing everything we can to make it better for the next generations. If we can even start in a small part of the world and work our way up to a larger scale of the world, that would be the ultimate achievement.

T-
This program will run from the second month of the semester (September) to the winter (Break for Holidays). We will the commence again for the second month of the second semester (February), and end around the month of May, before school is out of session. A possible summer camp can also be established once we have raised enough funds to do so through fundraising and donation.
