  • Type Padlet.com in your search engine 
  • Click the Login In button on the website
  • Create an account using your Google Account

  • On the home screen after you log into Padlet, there is a pink long oval which says 'Make a Padlet.' Click on this. 
  • Then, a page full of padlets and templates will appear. 
  • Choose a padlet or template that appeals to you, or preview a padlet by clicking on the preview button on the padlet/template.  
  • If you ever want to delete your padlet, go back to the home screen, click the Made button, and click the three grey buttons on the padlet that you want to delete. Click the delete button and a notification will ask you if you want to delete your padlet. Click the blue button and the padlet will be deleted.

  • Once you choose which padlet you want, it will load and bring you to the padlet with a Modify slide on the side. 
  • You can change the title, description, wallpaper, and theme of your padlet. Further down you can change the posting, collaboration, and icon  settings to however you desire.  When you are done click the Next button in the top right hand corner.
  • The Next button will transition the Modify slide to the People & Privacy slide. This will make your padlet as public or as private as you want. After choosing a one of the four settings, you can decide if you want contributor, and you can look through the mini advanced setting. 
  • Now your done and you can start posting! And remember, if you ever want to go back into settings, click the gear icon at the top right hand area of the padlet.

    C- You followed along and you created a padlet, but little effort was made into making the posts and adding to the padlet itself, including 1 post. You shared your padlet with one student and you gave little to no feedback.
    B- You followed the directions and you shared your padlet with at least two students. You put a decent amount of work into creating and personalizing your padlet and your (2-3) posts. You also managed to give and receive feedback. 
    A- You followed instructions, you shared your padlet with 2-3 students, and you put a lot of effort into decorating and creating your (4-5) posts. You were creative, and you gave feedback to the students who shared their padlet with you.
