On the roads of Mumbilli At 4:30am on the date of the 23rd of january Daniel Toms brother had a tragic accident early that morning because he had been drinking all night. This crash caused 1 death 1 other to be paralyzed which is Fynn, Tom not injured and neither is Daniel, drink driving does nothing but cause trouble on the roads and put others in the line of danger also peoples lives in the car you are driving are at risks as well. Your harming everyone on the road which can lead to bad consequences and even death which has happened to Daniel he is currently in prison for taking the life of a passenger and for dangerous reckless driving and under the influence of alcohol.

The Brennan family were celebrating a footy game because they were in the finals for the sudden death and then Daniel got in his car with Nicole, Luke, Fin and himself when he hit the tree with the front wheel spinning on his blue ford falcon Daniel got out of the car stumbling with his hands on his head and when tom went to the car and found that Fin was paralysed because of Fin yelling i can’t feel anything and then he looked at Nicole and Luke and they were perfectly still like they were asleep but he knew they weren't asleep they were deceased and Daniel was in Goal and fin went to hospital.
