            The goal of this stakeholder is to provide resources and health education classes around the globe. The believe that health education is vital to the growth of communities and individuals.

            They are a group of health educators who work in schools, universities, volunteer organizations, health care settings, worksites, and in government at all levels. They help inform their communities about the importance of staying healthy and promoting healthy lifestyles.

            This is a private group who wants to educate the public. They are important because they get information to individuals who might not have access to the information elsewhere.

            This position is typically held within the CDC or other large health organization. This stakeholder’s goal is to provide information about current diseases and illnesses within the world, with a focus on illnesses within the U.S. They provide information and resources to combat illnesses within a society and community.

  Who does the Stakeholder represent?  Who are its members?

            This stakeholder represents the United States, their members being their employees who work on creating resources and finding information through there own labs.

            They provide information and resources that are given out to the communities who need them the most. One obvious example was during the height of the COVID pandemic, where they provided resources and information to the authorities that allowed them to make educated mandates.

2c. What is the Stakeholder responsible for OR what does the Stakeholder want to accomplish?

            This stakeholder has a goal to monitor health risks ranging from “rabies and dengue fever to radiological contaminants, genetic disorders in newborns and terrorist agents.” Their goal is to provide information for authorities to create plans to address said issues. They partner with the World Health Organization, the CDC, the EPA, the Food and Drug Administration, the FBI, as well as Homeland Security.

            The members of this stakeholder typically are scientists as well as government officials who are using the information provided to address issues that are found within the labs.

            The primary role this stakeholder plays is information gathering. They find evidence of possible illnesses that could be caused by any number of things and inform those who are in charge so that they can best prepare their communities.

            This stakeholder wishes to provide high quality health services to all maternal and child heal populations. They strive to maximize their impact on the communities they serve by providing resources to the MCH population.

  Who does the Stakeholder represent?  Who are its members?

            The members of this group are nurses and doctors, as well as children, mothers and pregnant women.

            This is a vital role for helping mothers within the system provide care for themselves as well as their children. Without this stakeholder there would be many more health-related issues surrounding mothers and children.

            The U.S. Department of health and Human Services is a part of the government who provide health services to the public. They also push for the advancement of medical sciences through medicine, public health, and social services.

            This department of the U.S. Government represent the population of the United States. Its members would be made up of government officials.

            This stakeholder provides policies that surround public health and other health related things. They also create PSAs about health issues within communities that they want to address.

            An epidemiologist provides statistical data regarding diseases and illnesses. Similar to a Lab scientist, but an epidemiologist uses the data found by the lab as well as other sources to provide overall data. They create another piece of the puzzle for authorities to use to make decisions.

  Who does the Stakeholder represent?  Who are its members?

            This stakeholder represents all of the community they serve. By providing accurate data, they inform their bosses or the proper authorities. From there the information is passed to the community. All to address an issue or epidemic that could continue.

            They are an information gatherer. They provide additional key pieces of evidence that lab scientists do are not able to provide.
