         <description><![CDATA[<div>I do work as manager in a gas station, and to be honest I do had big issue with the ethical system that the store had before, and usually I was confuse to take the right decision. After taking Ethical law and this course I have brought good changes in the ethical system of the store; in addition, after two ethical trainings sessions and develop the decision making skills, effective communication skills, and team work, now every employee with different background and culture follows the ethical pathway, and all the employees were able to build a better relationship with each other and customers during work. This made my job much easier and now I don’t face ethical issues much. These pictures guide me to study and research more about the ethical system and decision making in my job.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this module we studied about Global Organization which started at 1492 by Columbus by trading goods to Spain. The main focus in this module was about how managers can be more sufficient in their position at Global Organizations. It helped me understand that as a Global manager I must have good knowledge of the culture, language, background, country’s laws, and trade agreement of the corporation, employees, and customers. I learned about import, export and what qualities we how to focus on during trading such as distance. It helped me to improve my decision making toward the World Trade Organization and nations. This article was very helpful, and gave me good knowledge about the World’s trade system and Global management.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Module 4 (Quality management) was one of the best chapter in this class. I have brought significant changes in my management skills through this chapter. In this module I learned how to improve my decision making skills, principle of planning skills, strategic planning skills, and have good knowledge of the organization and employees. I learned the effectiveness of communication, tactics, practices, customers’ and employees’ requirements, and team-work, and I used these skills in my personal life and work environment. it helped me to better understand the concept of diversity, and how organization can be success toward having generational and different gender employees in different positions. This picture guided me to understand the quality and skills of a good management in work environment, and how these skills help the management to perform in their best.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Organizational Structure and Processes was in module 5, and it helped me to better understand the structure of the organization that I work for. I learned about employees’ and managements’ places at organization. The types of structure is depended to the type of organization, and effectiveness of structure and accomplishment of a task in an organization depends on the responsibility, relationship, authority, delegation, value, culture, beliefs, and attitudes of the directors, management, and employees of the organization. In addition, it helped me understand the importance of effective communication, motivation, rewards, and increase of performance among the organization members. This image helped me understand the concept of structure organization better, and how each group in organization is responsible to develop the organization.<br><br></div>]]></description>

HR coordinate all departments and employees in an organization, and the main purpose for HR is to recruiting, selection, training, physical performance, and it makes sure that the legal processes, ethical and moral laws are follow by every individual in organization. This module also had significant effects on my persuading skills, negotiating skills, handling skills, and be logic in different situation during job. It helped me to understand the relationship with recruitment, other departments, and increased the level of my knowledge about HR and hiring process, my influence, motivation, and rewords for employees through my job. Now I know leader more think about the follower, and on the other hand manager more focus on task that have to be done in certain time period. I have been coaching for 14 years soccer and till now I didn’t know exactly my job. Now I understand that my players are first and I have to make correct decision about my choices. In addition, knowing my responsibilities helped me to communicate better with players and build stranger relationship with them. Since this in last few weeks we were able to bring good changes and it was effective; we performance were much better in last 3 games and we won 2 and draw the last match. I understood that motivation and reward will help the team perform better and there I promised them if they win I will invite them for dinner.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Controlling performance was what we studied in module 8. This module helped me as manager to develop my skills to perform and motivate and control better in my position at work. It trained me to understand the concept of productivity= outputs/inputs. It helped me to understand that in order to have good Quality Evolution I have plan, act, do, and check the processes in industry. I found out what is difference between power and control, define the relationship between data and information, and explain the role of operation managers in production. It defined that in order to be success the manager must have good skills with new technology and environment. Manager can increase the customers’ loyalty by eliminating process variation and waste from a process and six sigma. The video that I uploaded helped me to understand how we can control performance and lead the organization to success. <br><br></div>]]></description>
