         <description><![CDATA[<div>MDMA was first created by German scientists in 1910 to curve appetite and in relation to studying amphetamines. Since it did not quite work for this purpose, it was lost in science. The drug was tested for chemical warfare uses in the 50’s but it was not ideal for the violent reactions the army was looking for.  MDMA resurfaced in the 80’s and its most common use as a rave drug was popularized.</div>]]></description>
