2. The tags can be either negative or positive to show balance. For an example, if the original sentence used negative verb, then the tag should be positive. It is different when we want to show how we feel. The original sentence will be the same as the tag which is positive and positive. 

3. Pronouns were added to match the subject at the start of the sentence.

 c) Question tags were usually used when we want to ask a question when we think we know the answer or want it to be something in particular. We also used question tags to ask for confirmation.

 d) When we're not sure of the answers, we raised our pitch of voice at the end of the most question but when we knew the answer and only need confirmation, our pitch of voice will go down.
