Those are the most emblematic masks people used around the world in exorcisms rituals to combat diseases, tortures and executions caused by demons or in some cases “folks”. Most  of them were collected in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century!
At first, It was something shocking and chilling for me but when I started to find out about the used of it, everything started to make sense!
There were  loads of shocking stories about each of these masks and one of them was an executioner’s mask from the period between 1578-1777 which was a particularly turbulent time in Portuguese history because it marked the collapse of the Portuguese empire with the execution of the tavaro family ( a Royal Family)

Some magicians took a data that which playing cards are likely chosen by many people. If magician expected the cards chosen by people, they could do magic more certain. And the percentage of success will be increase! It is not effective way to magic, but very interesting. Because a magic is spiritual things but in fact, they did such a logical experiment!
