         <description><![CDATA[<div>I had positive thoughts of meditation before watching the videos. My brother and I used to do it on weekends so I'm aware of how effective it is. I expected to be calmer and less anxious about classes however, I am in a very loud space full of distractions so Headspace didn't help much this time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I guess before hand I felt a bit carefree, not to focused on much, but overall a bit tired. My experience using one of these videos was really quick,  i didn't expect it to go by so quickly because I assumed that meditation was getting into our minds (which i thought would slow down the world around us? (i don't make sense)) but afterward i felt ready for something, the week maybe, and i'm a bit more calmed down from the coffee.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I do not enjoy meditation personally because sitting still and not talking isn't fun for me however the video I chose was somewhat helpful. I'm constantly stressing over all the assignments that I have to do that after a while I just choose not to do any of them. But the video taught me that doing things one at a time and taking a breath before I start to panic is a better solution so it was overall a good experience                              . </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before the meditation, I felt tired and zoned out. I think the meditation was successful because I listened to Elmo’s voice saying goodnight which let me “sleep” while I was still awake and relax. I feel more awake now because it was like I got to sleep for 3 minutes. The music in the Elmo video was nice and I like his voice haha</div>]]></description>

Personally the meditation didn't really help because I was really distracted. The children's one especially distracted me as there was someone talking.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Before the meditation, I felt more nervous for assignments to come and paranoid of other things. I felt a lot more tired and felt like I had less energy. With the mediation, I was able to feel more calm and less nervous. I felt like I slightly had more energy than before. The meditation was something I haven't done in a while and it was okay. It didn't really help me much but it helped me a little bit. I felt relaxed along with content after the meditation. Overall, I'm still nervous and stressed, but I feel like it helped reduce it.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Before I used to do meditation last year in my english class and it used to help me calm down before a huge test or just whenever I have anxiety but even then I couldn't take myself seriously.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I tried the one of the Sunday Scaries meditation videos, specifically the one on self care. I've meditated before, so practicing meditation with the video was extremely relieving especially with the muscle tension in my body and helping me slow down my thoughts. I also learned that I prefer to listen to softer almost quiet like voices when meditating, I just find people with louder voices just startle me before I get to start.</div>]]></description>
