Alright, for number one I feel like I was able to accomplish this goal with how much better I think I did compared to the first term. It might be the same Letter Grade again, but this time I can see improvements compared to the last term where I didn't pass any LT's. This time I passed a Long Test and there is significant progress to be made for the next term in doing so. I was able to also understand these lessons better now. Unlike first term I took down a lot of notes to help me understand. And even though I may have failed quizzes I still saw a slight jump in score improvement when comparing my first term LT's and second term LT's to each other. The lessons were made more understandable thanks to the consultation sessions I went through and I will use this knowledge for my Math Periodical to try and indeed accomplish my final goal. There is a chance that I will get the same letter mark yet again as 1st term but there is also a chance I will get to have a better letter mark thanks to the upcoming Periodical Exam that I will be studying for. Overall I'm happier with the results of the 2nd term as much as I can be being an average student.. probably average at least.

I can record my scores in a score tracker and monitor my progress in my Google Classroom. My results will show me how far I've come or how little I've come, which will inspire me to do better.

This time I felt a fire light within me as I got my scores back. Did bad during a Long Test? Make up for it by studying harder and looking into your notes more to try and recover. I was in a back and forth of doing good and bad because I was easing up when I was getting good scores only to go back into getting bad scores. I wasn't getting guilty because I knew when I was doing good I could replicate that. The problem is that I was getting too in over myself and it shows with my scores. 3rd term is my last chance so I will have to do my best and always get passing or higher scores to not have the up and down battle that I made myself go through in 2nd term.

Attainable

I plan to achieve this by asking for help. Doing what I can and reviewing by watching videos of said topic and of my notes. Asking my tutor and teacher for help and going to consultation sessions.

I went to the consultation sessions that I was asked to go to and I showed much improvement thanks to going to them. I studied my notes to understand the lesson and I did answer when I felt confident about myself. Watching videos of certain topics also helped me dive into the understanding of it more. Going to the sessions for consultation really helped me in the end as last term I didn't go to any sessions at all and my grades were mediocre in tests because of that. I should continue to go to these sessions as to not fall into the habit of getting low scores again. I showed improvement in this second term thanks to Mr. Oracion for helping me out and telling me to go to the sessions during 2nd term and helping me increase my confidence when I went through it. Of course asking questions also helped but this is the main reason why I feel I did better then 2nd term in the first place.

They are important to me because these will show if I can get to Senior High School or not. It’s basically like do or die if I can indeed show my worth with these goals.

Well judging by these words said by me during the beginning of the second term it shows that I do have the potential indeed to improve in Math. I want to get into Senior High School and pursue my own career and to do that I have to improve in Math so I can be chosen for Senior High. I have accomplished most of my goals in the 2nd term than compared to the 1st term. These goals were realistic because i set them for myself and I know my own limits. I hit these goals and I will continue this streak for the 3rd term so that I can have a better grade. These goals are relevant to me because it is my future in stake if I don't follow through. And with how much my parents sacrifice for me everyday I have to honor myself with these goals to make myself pass.

I won't know if I truly accomplished my goals for this term until the end of the second term. It will take the same amount of time as the school term because it is likewise a lengthy process.

Second term.. was better than the first term for me in terms of how it went. I completed most of my goals so far and I have even more of a fighting chance than I ever did in the first term with how things went my way. I will prove myself to getting a good grade and the time I spent will pay off. I will not fall to my own thoughts of failure and I will push through till the end of me in this term to make sure that all of my goals are accomplished. The amount of time it took was all in the second term and it is about to end. I will show that I can be a good student even if I haven't been able to show it up until late.

The hardest task for Math this term will definitely still be the second term exam like last term for me. It's the combining of all the topics we've covered in the second term and I will need to review all the topics of this past term. This is also why it's the hardest or rather going to be the hardest for me in the entire term. It's basically testing your mastery over the topics and I'll just say I'm not well equipped just yet. Of course one way is to review the topics and study to prepare which is my first way of dealing with this task. My second way is also still the same as my first term e portfolio. I mentally prepare myself so I can set my mind in the mood of the test. If I'm accumulated to the mindset for taking this test then I'll be fine and I won't be panicking internally as I punch myself metaphorically for not being able to answer the questions. There's gonna be a 60 point total for the quiz and I'll prepare myself no matter what. This is going to be challenging but everything in life is. This is no different and I'll face it like I always do.

To address the misconception in this topic, it's when I was asking Mr. Oracion during a consultation session on how to calculate for the mew or X with a line. This also came with how to calculate the standard deviation and he explained to me the process on how to calculate and solve using the table and many given formulas. Grouped data ungrouped data, population or sample it was all explained to me during our normal Math sessions. But it was clearly explained to me during the Math consultation sessions. This topic itself was clearly explained to me during the consultation session and is how I began to understand it fully in the first place. It's because of going to the thing that would really help me in the first place. I was able to understand this lesson perfectly and score a good score in the test and where I felt proud of myself for understanding it.

Okay, a repeat of last term's best work basically. I studied by myself for this but this time? I got a high score and I was waayy above the passing score. I was confident when taking the test as I knew what to do and I wasn't confused in getting calculations and I knew what answers to put and how to calculate for it. My abilities were tested and I delivered for myself for I had gotten a good score. I answered and I passed this quiz all because I studied and attended the things that would help me get to this point in the first place. My efforts were shown and the hard work I put it was so much better than the 1st term best work. I had barely passed with my best work last term but this term I managed to get a very high score in a Long Test too. It's even more rewarding since I know that I can do this if I do it for all other topics. This is my pride talking. And it says this is my best work for this term.

For a collaborative work.. the only thing I can seem to recall anything close to that is just going to a Math consultation session. Sure I was solo but I worked with Mr. Oracion to make sure that I understood the goal and reason why I was even there in the first place. We worked together to make sure that I got the correct answers to the problems. It was a group work in terms of aiming to make my understanding of Math higher. Of course these were discussions as well for many other students so there was a lot of work to do for many different people. It was a group effort for the students to have a better understanding in this subject and my proof of work of that is how I got a high score in LT#3. This is how my collaborative work section goes since there wasn't really any real collaborative work assignment for this term unlike last term. A lot of work was put in for me to get to this point and it was a group effort technically speaking.
