I relate to to his leadership style as I am also typically conscientious and systematic with my work and what I do, I like to do things in order and get them done usually ahead of time. 
In terms of strength and weaknesses, C personality are conscientious, diligent and pay attention to detail. This is good especially since this lets you be organised and have accuracy/ high standards in the work that we do. For weaknesses, sometimes we can get too overly precise and want everything to go a specific way which can lead to conflict when working in groups.
What is different about me and him is that Bill Gates tend to be objective and direct when it comes to speaking out, however I’m not a really out there person so even if I don’t agree it is not all the time I will directly speak out about it.

We are similar as we both have expressive, curious and spontaneous personalities. We are able to express our opinions and are enthusiastic and passionate about what we do.

I admire Celine Dion's sense of judgement and assertive attitude towards life. This makes her very strict and discipline allowing her to reach her goals in life. I think she is a very good role model for me as discipline and consistency are crucial values needed in life.

The song is relatively calming, few parts of the lyrics i like to point out like, " Let the fear you have fall away, I've got my eye on you" and "In the storm I stay clear, cause I've got my mind on you", I related to them abit.

Because in my opinion, I feel like these lyrics are depicted the emotions of empathy and compassion to friends who are going through some trying times.
