When we are on social media, it is an echo chamber, because the algorithm develops our page, and feeds us the information that we want, and we like. Trends in social media also transfer to the real world. So in some cases the physical world can also be an echo chamber.
Sometimes, we believe what people say in social media without acatually questioning it. Also because we are constantly being fed information that we like there might not be any room to lidten to things thst might contradict your interests. This might make us close minded and ignorant in understanding the world.
Question the information given in social media, by doing research first before believing in it. Also maybe start reading other or watching other peoples point of view so it can challenge your own knowledge
