The only person who can answer that is yourself. However, if you're feeling lost or unsure, here are some things to consider.

1. Are you considering sex because you want to enjoy it, or because you feel pressured to do so? If you're only considering having sex because you feel pressured by your partner or others around you, then you're probably not ready just quite yet. Don't be afraid of letting anybody down. If you want to wait, then your partner has to respect that decision because it is what you are most comfortable with.

2. Do you know any forms of birth control, and how to use it? There are many different forms of birth control, and some can be more effective than others. Just a few examples would be condoms, the pill, IUDs, and diaphragms. If you're unfamiliar with these, it would be best for you and your partner to do some research and decide what would be the best form of birth control to use should you decide to have sex.

3. Are you aware of the risk of getting STIs? STIs are sexually transmitted infections. They can be passed through any kind of sex - oral, penetrative, and anal. It would be wise to ask your partner if they know of any STIs that they might have, and if they've been tested for any. Before you begin to have sex, you should be aware that although protection is very effective, there is still a risk of catching an STIs. If you decide to start having sex, you should regularly get tested for any STIs, which can be done for you at most youth clinics.

Sources:
http://www.sexandu.ca/sexual-activity/am-i-ready/
http://www.sexandu.ca/contraception/non-hormonal-contraception/
http://www.sexandu.ca/contraception/hormonal-contraception/

School is so overwhelming, and it's stressing me out! How I can calm myself down?

School can be pretty overwhelming. Between friends, homework, and extracurricular activities, it can be hard to keep your cool! But, there are some ways to destress yourself when things get kind of hard to control.
1. Don't over schedule. When you fill up your agenda with more than you can handle, that's when stress builds up. Doing 2 assignments and a project in one day isn't that realistic, so try and space things out throughout your day, and remember to leave some time for relaxing.

2. Do relaxation exercises. There are plenty of ways to relax. Breathing exercises, counting on your fingers, doing times tables in your head. Doing these things can help distract your mind from whatever's stressing you out.

3. Call up a friend or family member. Sometimes, just talking it out can really help you unwind. You can call someone you trust and empty out those feelings of stress. It'll make you feel ten times better getting things off of your chest and maybe whoever you're talking to can give you some advice.

Sources:
http://kidshealth.org/en/teens/stress.html?ref=search#

All of my friends smoke cigarettes. Should I start too?

Just because your friends are doing something, doesn't mean it's right! Smoking is extremely harmful to your health, and most people just start because they think it will make them look cool. If that's what your friends are telling you, you might want to reconsider who you're hanging out with. Doing harmful things to your body won't make you look all that cool, and it'll be bad decision in the long run.
If your friends ever offer you anything such as tobacco or drugs, it's best to keep your cool and calmly say no.

Sources:
http://kidshealth.org/en/teens/peer-pressure.html?ref=search
