It was much, much worse at schools I've taught at previously, since they had some weird need to keep their campus immaculate like some fine estate (no bulletin boards, or limited). UVM is GREAT - overcrowded bulletin boards everywhere, students feeling like their organization work has a place on the landscape, and always something cool to look at about what's happening on campus and in town.

This collection served as the basis for her dissertation, for which I now serve on her committee. We collaborated to have it digitized and organized. With that data, she developed a digital humanities project. We submitted a proposal to the SAA's Research Forum, which was accepted. We will talk about this collaborative project for the Forum.
