Mae’r cwrs Dosbarth Meistr dilynol yn plymio’n ddwfn i bob cam sydd ei angen i fynd ati’n llwyddiannus i recriwtio aelodau bwrdd amrywiol.  Mae’r cwrs yn cynnwys pum sesiwn un awr ym mis Hydref/mis Tachwedd. Mae lleoedd yn gyfyngedig a bydd angen i ni allu ymrwymo i’r holl ddyddiadau.

Catalyst Cymru: Broadening Horizons is working in partnership with Getting on Board to deliver an introductory Webinar and online Masterclass course to support Welsh voluntary Heritage organisations to attract diverse board members.

 The follow up Masterclass course provides a deep dive into each step needed to successfully recruit diverse board members.  The course comprises of five one-hour sessions in February /March. Please note places are limited and you will need to be able to commit to all of the dates.
