For me an organization of educating artists, that can share, teach and learn skills related to educating others about art, art skills, and artists ways of thinking.

 -What are you enticing young professional with? 

As an organization I hope we are helping them navigate who they are as art educators and building skills in craft as well as how to advocate for arts education in all forums. 

 Long-time members? 

As an organization we offer professional development opportunities, collaboration with  art minded people.

-How do you keep members who may join due to the conference location? 

Offering collaboration coffee chats, and monthly virtual workshops

 -Are you recognizing member for membership longevity?

At the annual conference there were some awards that were fun, spray painted wooden art models that were some thing like that I think for long time membership participation. What is considered longevity at this point?

My pattern order: organizer-collaborator/visionary, then driver.
