I like those multiple students mentioned how Brent improved their writing, and instead of dreading those assignments, they took advantage and built the skill out. 2. Students notice you time management and communication with them, so if you are to ask highly of them, ask of yourself too. I also like the suggestion of more get to know you activities with students for new teachers, so I will take advantage of Monday and Tuesday. 3. Writing skills- I feel I changed my writing style. I regained my old writing style. It’s good that I learned that- not just journalistic writing style but also academic writing style. Particularly in English, Filipno, TOK, and EE
I hope some teachers would listen to us more with empathy. I need to be more empathetic and be more sensitive to individual student's concerns and emotional states.

2. Maybe improving consistency - not with punctuality, but with sticking with a given due date.

The response I like the most is that students learned how to be a good leader and how to communicate effectively. That they are comfortable in approaching their teachers not only regarding subject requirements but they can also talk about their current situation. As a teacher, it is nice to be approachable but of course to set boundaries as well.
