Although not all police officers act this way, I think this bill would be a new start for our country's past and criminal justice system. One of the main points in the bill that caught my attention, was improving police training. I think this is a great addition to the bill because many of police officers are racially motivated when doing their job. This "re-training" can prevent racial, and religious discrimination against civilians.
