I think that the personalized learning work contracts are a wonderful tool that can elevate student agency in the classroom. I want to take established PBLs and model it for the teachers building in personalized learning work contracts. The other part that I really want to delve into is pulling in the audience component for our school. This is such a key component that I feel we are not utilizing because it is difficult to think about how go about. Ha ha. For me the hardest part is structuring the final project, which is a no no anyway because I should not be trying to control everything.  The project topic itself would be new to my class so I have issues with being an expert on the topic before I develop my lesson plans.  So I have spent all my time researching my topic and trying to think of how to implement this and tie it all in as a cross curriculum unit.  I know Geography had sustainability standards but I've tried to find science ones and are unable to locate them.  I need to get with a science teacher and see if they are aware of any.
