In addition to adding multicultural approaches, some objectives are to promote appreciation and understanding of diversity. It helps students become more empathetic people based on the cultural differences that may exist in a classroom. "Integrating multicultural perspectives into the curriculum helps students see the world through various lenses, fostering critical thinking and a deeper understanding of global issues. It allows students to recognize and challenge stereotypes, biases, and systemic inequalities." (Maya, 2024).

The teacher must learn about the cultures of each student to have options for strategies that can be incorporated into the classroom and to be able to develop a more multicultural classroom—having respect for the cultures of their students and being aware of the individual needs of the students and in this way providing them with visual, auditory, corporal or tactile forms of teaching, frequently evaluating progress to be making adjustments to the teaching methods and in this way creating a supportive and inclusive environment in the classroom. By using these strategies, teachers can create a classroom environment with a better positive cultural response that not only observes this cultural diversity but celebrates diversity. This approach helps students' academic growth and promotes an environment of respect, understanding, and empathy towards the different cultures that exist and that their classmates have. "The success of any adaptive teaching strategy relies on the creation of a positive learning environment. This will help to provide a warm and inclusive atmosphere, where all students are respected, valued and understand their role in cultivating positive behaviour for learning.

It is essential to foster a classroom that respects and celebrates students' different cultures because it fosters a sense of belonging in students. It also develops empathy and understanding of the different origins that surround us. In addition, promoting critical thinking in students helps improve student learning. It helps prepare students for prosperity in an increasingly globalized world because students are exposed to different perspectives and traditions. For instance, integrating literature from diverse cultures into the English curriculum or teaching history from multiple perspectives can effectively promote cultural diversity in the classroom. "Cultural diversity is an essential aspect of education that should be embraced and celebrated. Students learning with diverse groups can expand their knowledge about different traditions, customs, and beliefs. This exposure to various cultures fosters cultural awareness and encourages tolerance and appreciation for differences." (Mody, 2023).

Integrating the participation of students' families and adding people from the community in the educational area and the educational process of students can improve cultural exchange, understanding, and appropriate learning environments. "Creating and maintaining partnerships with families is a critical component of developmentally appropriate practice and for good reason: families have expertise about their children, and they play a critical role in their child's growth and learning."
