         <description><![CDATA[<p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.mdilbo.com/detail/lBZuon/724701">https://www.mdilbo.com/detail/lBZuon/724701</a></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>스마트폰대신 다른 즐거운일</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.mdilbo.com/detail/lBZuon/724701">결국 무기력, 우울, 불안과 같은 정서적 문제를 야기하고 충동성 증가와 집중력 저하를 낳는다. 문제는 뾰족한 대책이 어렵다는 점이다. 우선 스마트폰이나 인터넷 사용을 최소화하거나 완전히 중단함으로써 도파민 분비를 점진적으로 줄이는 노력이 필요하다. 완전한 단절이 어렵다면 쾌락을 추구하기 전에 고통을 겪는 방법을 어렵지만 제안한다. 독서, 글쓰기, 공부, 운동, 찬물샤워 등의 고통스러운 활동을 먼저하면 반드시 그에 대한 보상으로 기쁨과 쾌락이 뒤따른다는 것이다. 즉, 쾌락을 먼저 선택하면 빚내서 도파민을 사용하는 것과 같고, 고통을 먼저 선택하면 저축한 도파민을 사용하는 것과 같아서 더 큰 보상을 얻을 수 있다는 원리인 셈이다. 그리고 전면적인 디지털 미디어 리터러시 교육을 제도화하고 실천하는 일이 필요하다. 스마트폰 보급과 판매에만 열중하는 기업과 관계 부처의 시선을 스마트폰 중독을 예방하고 치유하는 일에도 돌려야 할 때이다</a></p>]]></description>
