Changes in regualtions in a company will force them to change operational proceedures in order for them to remain compliant. 

 

 

Internal: Safety procedure changes 

Safety procedures will also require a company to change oparations, techniques, possibly the roles and heirarchy within the organisation, and also internal systems and even H.R prodecures. 

 

 

External: Tax changes 

If taxes are altered by the government, businesses may have to change prices of their products or services in order to maintain similar profits. 

 

 

External: Media and advertisements 

If new advertising platforms and social media become available (as they do all the time), businesses have to constantly re-visit their marketing strategy in order to maintain an edge over their competitors and reach their consumers across all platforms.
