         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Bacteria Streptobacillus moniliformis found in North America</li><li>Bacteria Spirillum minus found in Asia <ul><li>These bacteria are found in the mouth and nose of rodents </li></ul></li><li>The environmental conditions of these areas do not really have an effect because rats will already have this bacteria.</li><li>However places, like streets, that are unsanitary, have a higher amount of rats that could potentially put humans in danger of rat-bite fever.</li><li>The disease from a bite of a rat has been known in India for over 2,000 years. But has been more commonly known as rat-bite fever.</li></ul>]]></description>
