I moved up through all of the ranks and joined the 5% of scouts that make it to eagle. Not only that but my grandpa, and both of my cousins are also Eagle Scouts. For years I knew scouting was looked down on and always tried to hide it from people I knew. I always tried to laugh it off, but after a certain point I started getting mad about it; doing so just enticed people to keep doing it. I learned so much through this experience. I never used to think about how other people would feel about what i say, but this experience change that. I learned that you never know what someone is feeling on the inside just because they are smiling. Think about your friends and how what you choose to say effects them
