         <description><![CDATA[<div>Purpose of the Act is to prevent the non medical use of certain medicines or drugs.&nbsp;<br>Bans the possession, supply and manufacture of controlled drugs. (unless licensed to do so)<br>It is an offence to use or allow usage on premises.<br>Three different classes with different severity of punishment. A, B and C class.&nbsp;Class A having the greatest penalty. <br>also includes the the classification of controlled drugs into different schedules. Schedule 1 is the most stringent and drugs such as LSD and Cannabis needs special home office licence to be used (generally for research). </div>]]></description>
