I´m that kind of person you can find staying longer in school participating in extracurriculars such as orchestra (I have been playing the violin since I was 6 years old- the music that I listen to all the time is mostly music from musicals/Disney, old school rap and pop/acustic music), choir or helping younger students studying. I´m your typical literature and movie geek you can find at the local movie theater in Limburg nearly every weekedn or reading a good book (anything from marvel comics to Shakespeare (literally lol)) or watching a movie (my favorite movies right now: tick, tick,...boom and Spiderman: No way home)) or series at home nice and cozy. My other happy place is our soccer/football pitch in Limburg (VFR 07 Limburg). I train twice a week and have a game nearly every Sunday. I also love playing basketball for fun or go ice skating. I watch sports on TV too (anything from Bundesliga, Premier League, Champions League, NFL, NBA or NHL is fine with me) I love getting to know diffrent cultures and travelling, politics, history and baking as well as cooking. I´m really looking forward to this project and can´t wait to get to know you guys!!!

I’m Philipp, currently 17 years old and one of the students from Germany. I live together with my family, consisting of my mother Katrin, my father Tobias, my younger brother Matthias and my even younger sister Theresa in Dietkirchen (a district of Limburg). We also have a cat called Molly.

I spend most of my time meeting friends doing all kinds of things, just whatever comes up in our minds. Apart from that, I’ve been a scout for 11 years by now. I played the double bass and electric bass since I was 6 years old, but changed to piano 4 months ago. Programming is something I enjoy doing too, even though it can get very complicated and frustrating from time to time. I also work in a covid-test centre to earn a bit more money.

I also play the Saxophone and have been a member of our school´s big band as well as our theatre club. Moreover, I like playing badminton, riding a unicycle and juggling.

I live a bit far form Lahti with my family. My family includes my two mothers, they are both art teachers and my two younger brothers. We also have a dog called Laila.

My name is Sole (well actually Solja-Linnea, but I prefer ”Sole” as a nickname :D) I’m a student in Kannas art class. My hobby is kickboxing, and I often paint and draw. Besides arts and punching, I also like to read a lot and listen to music – especially rock, prog and metal. Some of my favorite bands right now are Pink Floyd, Yes and Five Finger Death Punch.

My family consists of me, my dad, my older sister (who’s studying in another city, so she doesn’t live with us anymore) and two cats, Pipa and Papu.

Also we have a cat.

I'm taking part in the two-week individual exchange to improve my English.

In my free time I play tennis at least four times a week and I also play chess in a club from time to time.

I have a moped license and my own motorbike since December.

I have traveled a lot and so I'm looking forward to see Finland for the first time.
